What we collect
When you order a preview or join the Shopify app list, we keep what you type into the form: your email, the product page link, the format you picked and any notes. We also keep the page you came from and the country your request came from, which our host adds to each request.
We read your public product page to make the video. We don't ask for passwords or store logins, and we never take card details on this site.
Why
We use these details to make your video, send you the preview and the payment link, and answer you. We don't sell them or share them for anyone else's marketing.
Where it's kept
Orders are stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon, and a copy of each request goes to a private notification tool we run so we see new orders quickly. The site is hosted on Vercel.
Analytics
We measure how people use the site with PostHog (EU servers), Google Analytics and Growth Radar, so we can tell which pages help and which confuse. These tools see things like the pages you view and the buttons you click, not what you type into the order form.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
We keep order details while we work with you and for a reasonable time after in case you come back with a question. Email ohadf2015@gmail.com and we'll send you what we hold about you or delete it.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
